We like reading. Sometimes we read books that bring us perspective as business owners and professionals that we didn't have before. Contagious: Why Things Catch On by Jonah Burger is one book which is making the rounds about the office. I have to give a hat tip to Danielle over at the Cork for pointing this book in my direction to begin with.

Like most 17 year olds, Jamie Hack likes to stay up all night and sleep in all morning. Jamie lives a thrilling and dangerous life, his most recent accomplishment being able to "hack" into the Edgeworks Creative headquarters. Gamer by day and batman enthusiast by night, Jamie has grown fond of web development and has joined the Edgeworks team, hoping to learn a trick or two along the way. Jamie's interests include, but not limited to, sleeping, wake boarding, killing zombies, performing back flips on the trampoline, annoying his sister, and obsessing over television shows that his sister got him Read More >>

Sacrifice. Opportunity. Excellence. Serenity. Strength. This week on Friday Props we are creating a few inspirational posters of our own, posters that would hang proudly in our office.

Congratulations going out to Linda and Mark of the Ten Acres Lodge in Stowe, Vermont for their new webiste. This project is one that has been done in small steps as Mark and Linda have been juggling the purchase, remodeling and re-opening of their great lodge and restaurant - a pain-staking process that has certainly kept them busy! The new website for the Ten Acres Lodge is built on the Edgeworks CMS TM and provides a branded platform for future growth as their Bistro and Lodge continue to evolve and serve excellent fare and comfort. We're happy to have met two great people Read More >>

This week we bring you Friday Props quite a bit later than normal - it's Friday Props Late Edition! I'm okay with that because our little Friday Props has grown up a bit and can stay out later. As the team found itself in Bolton today to start another season of Michelin Tire Schools my thoughts were turned to the change of seasons and to the rites of passage this year brings us including all those graduating classes. So for this weeks' Props I'm handing out recognition to great commencement speeches and advice. The first Props goes out to Steve Jobs for Read More >>
