With more than 20 years of experience in print, web, and instructional design, Cynthia is the person in charge of overseeing the “creative” aspects of the myriad of projects designed and developed by the team at Edgeworks Creative. Cynthia leads our team of five talented and skilled programmers and creatives in designing and building custom digital business and organizational solutions including custom websites, digital corporate training solutions, and eLearning instructional materials. Cynthia’s work experience is varied and encompasses all areas of print and media design including brand development, app and website design and development, publication design, book layout, advertising design, and instructional design and development. Cynthia is also a skilled project manager who oversees all company project tasks to deliver successful projects on-time and on-budget.
Over the past twenty years, Cynthia has had the opportunity to work for clients of all sizes - from small mom-and-pop retail locations to Fortune 500 multinational corporations. In the past several years, her work has largely been focused on instructional design and development, creating courses for mobility and pharmaceutical companies. Cynthia has found instructional design to be a creative way to combine her graphic design, teaching, project management, and leadership skills. We deliver much of the custom training Cynthia has designed and developed in conjunction with our team, on the Interactive.Training learning platform we developed.
Cynthia has also taught website design and graphic design courses as an adjunct professor and served on advisory boards for local technical school programs and arts organizations. She is currently the Chair of the Marketing Committee for Revitalizing Waterbury.
